Mike Barnhart Funeral Costs

Dear Friends and Family,

Your support means everything to our family as we navigate this painful time. As you know this event was not anticipated. Our dad was physically and mentally gaining strength everyday and was looking forward to the next chapter in his life and in our lives. We know that our dad loved all of you very much, and we, as a family, appreciate the kind words and the heartfelt expressions of sorrow. 

Some of you have asked how you can help during this time. We really want to honor our dad, Mike, and we anticipate a funeral service that celebrates the soldier, the dad, the coach, the hard worker, the friend, the grandson, the brother, the nephew, the cousin, and the human that Mike was. If you are able to help monetarily, donations are greatly appreciated. To be clear all funds will go directly to his children, I as his oldest, will ensure all funds are used for the purpose of laying our dad to rest.  

We anticipate a funeral for him in 3-4 weeks, as soon as the autopsy is complete.  Thank you for your interest in attending a service, we will announce funeral plan details as soon as we have them.
