Mike Bates

Mike was called home to be with his Lord and Savior very suddenly and unexpectedly on Sunday July 5, 2020.  He was a very generous, honorable and loving man who would do anything for you, expecting little in return. Mike served the Stockton community as a plumber for 45 years.  He was well loved by all for his attention to detail and his commitment to quality work earned him the finest reputation. Mike was honest, trustworthy, kind-hearted and could not say no to anyone in need.  He did everything with his heart in the pursuit of excellence to serve the Lord.

Mike had a passion for the animals and he rescued many dogs and cats.  He remained faithful to them to the very end.  He was a man of many colors.

He suffered from Atrial Fibrillation for the past 9 years and this likely contributed to his untimely death.  He will be dearly missed by his friends and family and all who called upon his services.
