There is always that one person who puts a smile on your face. Who’s laugh makes you laugh. That makes the room feel a little lighter and lifts you up with them. That guy for so many was Mike Cervantes. Mike was a true servant leader, always willing to share his time and talent to train and develop his teammates. He was the go-to guy that you could always count on whether you were trying to solve a problem or needed someone to laugh with over a Fat Tire (I swear he had stock in that company).

Those of us fortunate enough to know Mike will remember him as a dedicated leader, phenomenal team player, and friend.
