Kailua Community Basketball League is raising this money for the family of Mike Chu.

Today, December 6, 2022, KCBL lost Mike Chu, one of our family members and Founders.

Mike was a loving Husband, Father, Son, Brother and was to become a first time grandfather this month. Mike devoted his life to improving the lives of young people through his many years as a Teacher, Coach, College, High School and Youth League

Referee, Principal and Spiritual Leader.

As a fellow Board Member for almost 20 years, Mike was always one to text us individually with Prayers, Encouragement and to see how we were doing as well as our spouses and children.

While Mike was a strong believer in the Lord’s work, he demonstrated the love everyone should show regardless of their religious affiliation.

KCBL celebrates Mike Chu and sends Prayers, Condolences and Love to his surviving wife, daughter and son.
