Dear family, friends, and kind-hearted strangers,

My name is Todd Church, and I am reaching out with a heavy heart. My father, Michael D. Church (Mike), passed away on March 27, 2025, sooner than we expected. He leaves behind his loving wife of 49 years Pamela (Pam), his son Jedd, his daughter-in-law Meagan, his grandsons Fisher, Cooper, and Tucker, as well as many other cherished family members and friends.

For over a decade, my dad bravely fought through congestive heart failure, diabetes, and kidney failure. Despite his resilience, his body ultimately couldn’t keep up with the battle.

Tragically, just two weeks before his passing, my mother discovered his life insurance policy had never gone into effect. Due to the sudden medical emergency that led to his passing, he and my mom were unable to reapply or appeal the decision in time. This has left my mom facing overwhelming financial burdens, including funeral costs, a cemetery plot, and mounting medical bills.

Many have reached out asking how they can help. In lieu of flowers, I am humbly asking for support to help ease the financial strain on my mom during this incredibly difficult time. Any contribution, no matter how small, will make a tremendous difference and allow us to give my dad the farewell he deserves.
