Mike Dellinger, or rather Mikey D, was the most beautiful soul and brightest light. He had this laugh that made you want to know the secret or joke he was sharing. His way of being present with you was by asking about your family, you, how your pets were doing (before starting some longer story about his family or Colby) making those around him feel seen, cared for, or even understood. Mikey D truly cared about everyone and anyone he loved, worked with, or met; the outpour of support and love during this time shows how many lives he touched and how impactful he was on the lives of others.

Mike D started working for Elliott’s Oyster House in 1990. He loved the company and treated it and his co-workers like family. He was known for being a person that was loyal, thoughtful, stubborn, and engaging amongst his teammates. And his guests. His guests asked for him spanning over three decades; he was magical tableside, able to light up when talking about the menu or a Mariner game.

This GoFund Me page was started as a way for anyone that would like to contribute to the family while they process their sudden and unexpected loss. There will be a celebration of life TBD.
