Mike Fritts Funeral Expenses

My name is Gina, wife of Michael Fritts. As many of you knows, my husband Mike was diagnosed Sinonasal Neuro Endocrine cancer last June this year, went through 30 radiotherapy treatments and 3 cycle of chemo therapy. Supposed he needs 35 radiotherapy treatments and 4 cycle of chemo unfortunately his immune system collapsed. He was confined in the ICU for two weeks and another two weeks in the recovery room. Admitted in Rehab for two weeks. Discharged from the Rehab, home recovery for few weeks and went through another MRI and CAT scan and met with the Oncologist and the other team where they found out that his cancer spreads which they called Metastatic cancer and just caused damage his femur and other parts of his bones. His platelets crashed down from 13,000 to 7,000 that’s when his doctor told us that there’s nothing they can do and gave him few months or a year to live and find a hospice care. Last Monday he was admitted in-home hospice care for choice of comfort. Monday, the nurse thinks Mike is not going to make it for a week. And yesterday 6:45 pm he passed away.

Mike was given a short term disability from his employer but it is only valid for 6 months and they eventually let him go. He then received a long term disability support but he does not have Life insurance to cover the funeral expenses.
