Mike Golic $5 Challenge
Tax deductible
Hi, this is Mike Golic. Do you love barbecue? I love barbecue and I'm cooking up some of the best barbecue in the country with Operation BBQ Relief, a non-profit dedicated to serving meals to those in need across the country.
Operation BBQ Relief served more than 5 million meals in 2020 alone. They served everyone from front line workers battling COVID-19 to millions of displaced families rebuilding after this year’s historic natural disasters.
Operation BBQ Relief proved that hot meals are a lever of change. Meals uplift communities and nourish more than just the body. It was Operation BBQ Relief’s most impactful year yet with over 5 million meals served in 2020 and 5 million hearts touched. They accomplished this in one crazy, chaotic year while we saw life as we knew it upended and shaken.
This is why I invite you to participate in a “$5 Challenge”. I am organizing this fund-drive in honor of the outstanding efforts of Operation BBQ Relief. By making a donation, we support their ability to continue to provide compassion, meals, and friendship.
Here is how the “$5 Challenge” works:
Donate $5 to support Operation BBQ Relief, share on social media, and then nominate 5 friends by tagging them on your post to join in taking this challenge.
Every dollar donated supports the charitable mission of Operation BBQ Relief.
If we reach our goal of $50,000, I will grill in the freezing cold in nothing but an apron.
