Mike Kinnamon’s Little Free Library Memorial

Hi, my name is Kassidie Propes and Mike Kinnamon (Poppy to my sister, Brooklynne and I) was my grandpa. If you knew him, you know that he was the best human. He was an Elementary teacher for over 30 years and his passion was Education. He is the reason I myself became a teacher and was an amazing influence to many students and coworkers. He loved science, computers, video games, music, movies, and books. He was married to my Granny for many years, then when she sadly passed away he moved to Missouri and in with us to help my parents raise my sister and I. Poppy was the center of our family and we look for ways to remember him every day.

We would like to start a Little Free Library in his honor. Poppy believed that everyone should be able to have access to books and entertainment, and we plan to stock the library with many of those things. The money would go to the memorial library, the post, the plaque, and the donation materials on the inside. My family and I believe that this would be a great way to honor him and really appreciate any donations anyone is able to give.
