Mike Meier's medical bills and living expenses

My dear friend Mike Meier is having some medical bad luck. He has contracted a bad bug which is going to keep him off the track and from working for the next few months.

He's going to need help with medical bills, living expenses, rent and race fees (okay, just kidding about the racing thing.)

For all of the selfless and super helpful things that Mike has done for others, I'm hoping that we can support him back until he can do for himself again.
