Mike Reschly (Pirate Mike) Cancer Fighting Fund

Our Meet-in-Portland friend Mike Reschly (you may know him as 'Pirate Mike' or 'Movie Mike') has recently been diagnosed with stage IV Non-Hodgkins Follicular Lymphoma. Tiffy posted a full update about it on FaceBook.
We've started this GoFundMe in order to support him while he goes through treatment. He starts weekly Chemotherapy on July 31st and his treatment is expected to initially last 6 months. We've discussed this with Mike and have his permission to set this up on his behalf.
How much he needs will depend on his employer's paid medical leave policy and insurance coverage, and we're still figuring out the fine details of that -- we'll update the total once we have more details. But we do anticipate he will initially need help with the following:
- Rent & bills
- Co-pays/deductible
- Cleaning/laundry service
- Vet bills for his cat Wednesday
- Groceries (we've made sure he has all the essentials for now but planning for future)
We hope you can spare a little cash to help support Mike through this tough time, even $5 helps and will be very much appreciated.
