Mike Schultz TBI Recovery Fundraiser

As some of you may already know, on Saturday, October 1st, during Michael Schultz and Kelsey Mynatt’s beautiful reception, Michael had an accident resulting in a severe traumatic brain injury (TBI). Since the reception, Mike has been in the ICU in Denver where he has undergone multiple surgical procedures to address the immediate complications, as well as smaller treatments needed as issues arise. 

Through it all, he has been surrounded by an amazing neurological team, his incredible wife, and both of their wonderful families. Friends and family that were either at the reception or from their hometown in Missouri have been providing SO much love, prayers and positive energy, allowing both Mike and Kelsey’s families the space to focus on Mike’s medical care and recovery. 

Please continue to pray and provide your love and support. We also ask that everyone respect the families’ privacy at this time. Please do not text or call them, or their immediate family, to allow everyone the time to process appropriately. As progress is made and when appropriate, we will update everyone accordingly. 

On behalf of Michael and Kelsey, we are collecting donations that will help cover any medical bills and recovery rehabilitation.
