Mike Soden passed away unexpectedly on December 4, 2019. Mike was a staple in St. Jacob with many people from the community sharing stories and memories of his quirky humor, fireside chats while strumming on his guitar (or dulcimer), and his many genuine offers of help to his neighbors. Mike may have been the only good whistler I've ever met.
Mike was the friendly neighborhood dad, many thought of him as a second father, always ready with a joke or a chat. He was a storyteller and a friend.
