This is the most difficult thing I’ve ever had to write, and for the most part I don’t want to do it. But I do want to reach out to people and I want to help my parents through this. 

As you’re all probably aware, unfortunately due to the current situation we will be unable to hold a funeral which everyone can attend, and this is heartbreaking, because I know how many people would have come to show their love and pay their respects. Having said that, we will be holding a party once all this blows over and anyone who wants to come to celebrate Mike’s life will be welcome.

But before all of that, there will be a small funeral for immediate family, and that’s where I want to ask people for any contributions. If anyone can or wants to make a donation please, anything is welcome, we want to give him the best send off possible in what is already a very difficult time, and any money left over will be donated to the mental health charity Mind - https://www.mind.org.uk/
