Mike’s Heart Transplant and Medical Expenses

Mike has been a longtime warrior battling heart disease. Now he needs to have a transplant. Currently he is hooked to a machine that helps his heart pump the adequate amount of blood throughout his body. His current heart cannot heal enough to do the job anymore.

Mike and his wife, Karen have always tried to help those in need whenever they could. Now, they need the help though it pains them to ask for it. Medical copays, traveling expenses and other related costs are too much for their fixed income being on disability and social security.
