Mikes medical bills, and monthly bills

Hi, my name is Jayden Patterson and a lot of you may know my biological father, Mike Patterson he has been dealing with some health issues and he will be out of work for another two months. He is a diabetic and he’s does get some help but as he is out of work right now. He was diagnosed with Charcott foot which will make it hard for him to get back to work anytime soon. I am just asking for anybody to donate anything that would help him with his medical bills and monthly bills because he can not work.
