Bring Mike Trabert Home!

Donation protected
On Tuesday, April 18th our family recieved a phone call that our husband and father, Mike Trabert,  was in a helicopter crash in Kamchatka, Russia. Mike was there skiing with a close friend when, for unknown reasons, the helicopter crashed. All occupants on board survived, however, Mike has sufferred serious injuries of a broken neck and broken ribs. He is currently in a Regional Hospital in Kamchatka. It is of upmost imporance that we get him home as SAFE and SECURE as possible to avoid further damage.

Unfortunately, the insurance will not cover international transportations in situations like this, which is why we need your help. We are hoping to reach our goal of $110,000 to help fund the medical transportation that is necessary to bring Mike home safely. Not only is it vital that we get him home safely, but it is also a priority for us to get him home as soon as we can to ensure he gets the medical care that he needs.

Mike is a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, and son. He spends his days working at the Salt Lake Tennis and Health Club teaching lessons to tennis players of all ages. He is an avid skiier, runner, biker and triathlete. His latest hobby has been training for an Ironman. He is the most active 60-year-old we know! He is a friend, mentor, and example to all!

We can't wait to get Mike home safely so that he can begin the medical treatment that he needs to get back to enjoying the things that he loves! Thank you all for your love and support!
