Mikey's life-saving surgery.!

MEOW! MEOW!!! It's "MIKEY" the famous "Black Cat," from Bloomfield, PA He is crying out, for HELP, to his neighborhood friends & all of the lovers of animals out there.

My name is Natalie, I need to tell yinz that MIKEY has been going thru the most stressful time this month. He needs a life saving operation for the bladder & urinary tract to start working properly again. This surgery is called a perianal urethrostomy.

Let me tell you, what happened.

He went out on a Sat morning, But, he came back quickly! He had been struck by something, leaving him with a gigantic hematoma lump on his side and under belly causing severe damage to the bladder & urinary tract. Doctor saus, "he may have been kicked or hit with something hard.," He was unable to urinate. He was crying out from the severe pain, my family were in tears as well. We took him to ER, they medicated him & then in two weeks again we returned to the ER. Now they had to catheterize him, to release the blood & urine that was backed up inside. When the tests came back. He had struvite crystals, it is like thorns in the male urethra. Can you even imagine that

pain??.

He is on new prescription food, antibiotics & pain medicine. It is horrible to watch him suffer..

But, there is a surgery that can save his life, he is young & strong, not to mention a pleasure to everyone that knows of him. His brothers & sisters are looking for his healthy recovery The Cats are all affected by his illness. They've been cleaning his fur & laying with him. It would be sad & a loss., To loose him! He really would be missed by so many!
