It is with a heavy heart and complete shock that my dad died unexpectedly this morning. Obviously, we all think there is always tomorrow to get our things in order after our time here is complete. Unfortunately, that is exactly what I thought. He immigrated to the USA in 1999 after being refugee from his home in Croatia and became a citizen in 2013. He worked blue collar his entire life and lived a very simple life. He has very little and with my wife and I just bringing home our beautiful, premature baby (after spending 5 weeks in the NICU) our funds are limited, and we are looking for any help to cover funeral cost. I owe a lot to him, and would like nothing more than to have a respectful homecoming for him. He was born in 1953 and left us too soon in 2024. May he rest in peace.
