Mildred C. Crump Dignity Fund

Hello. Mildred Crump, former City Council President for the city of Newark is in need of support to live her elder years with the dignity and vitality she deserves. As a family member, public servant and friend, she has offered her time and resources over and over again to those she believes in. She worked tirelessly as an elected official and still found time to support her faith community and other local and national organizations including her beloved sorority Delta Sigma Theta. In 2021, former Council President Crump suffered a massive stroke. Through her faith in God and hard work, she has regained some function but will need specialized care for the rest of her life. We are raising one year of care costs to give her and her family time to absorb this unexpected transition and ensure Mildred can live in comfort and dignity.
