Miles 4 Mike

World meet Mike Ginsberg, he is my son's stepfather and in a battle with Lymphoma. After being declared in remission just last May, the unfortunate news came in November, that the Lymphoma was back. As you can understand this news is not easy on anyone, especially his family. Mike is a fantastic stepfather to my son, and I feel obliged to help, I ask if you could too and please share.

Mike has been welcomed back into the Baylor/Houston Methodist clinical trial, with a return date of February 14th. The process is mostly the same as last time, with chemo followed by an infusion of stem cells augmented to target the Lymphoma. He'll once again have to stay in Houston for the duration of the process, which is six weeks. He'll need to have someone with him throughout his stay. Kate will be taking time off work for part of it. Mike and Kate need funds to cover his stay at Aishel House, which allows him to stay near Houston Methodist per study requirements. The accommodation costs are $50/night for 6 weeks, for a total of $2,100.

Here is my ask, To help with expenses. Miles 4 Mike - I have challenged myself to cover 200 miles in February by either Walking, Running, Bike riding, or Swimming. I ask if you would donate what you can towards every mile, the goal is $2000/200 miles by February 28th. I will post my workout details after each session on my Facebook page and keep you posted on the progress.
