Help us help Philly
Millenniating is putting together this fundraiser to help those around us as we always talk about. So we are teaming up with Pheed Philly to provide them with items from their list of necessities for the homeless of philadelphia.
As winter starts beating down our doors and the holiday season comes around, it becomes an even harder time of year for the homeless. We want to do what we can to try and help make it a little less cold.
Our first goal is to reach 1000 dollars
With 1000 dollars we will be able to purchase and put together at least 100 care packages consisting of a draw string bag, socks, gloves, scarfs, hats, blankets, tooth brush, toothpaste, deodorant, and underwear, at least.
If we can exceed that first goal we will also be able to look into providing additional needs in hygiene, food, and clothes. We will be collecting funds until December 12th so that we can purchase items and put the care packages together in time for the holidays!
We will be posting photos along the way on the Millenniating facebook page of the physical donations we receive from family and friends and the purchases we makes as the funds are provided!
While neither of us have lots of money to spare, we do have time and dedication to help others around us. Please help us help others. Every little bit counts.
