Millward Family

On September 8th, our brother, Kyle Millward, went to the hospital with COVID-19 symptoms and oxygen level as low as 81. He was admitted, put on steroids and a bipap machine (to force air into his lungs) for what was a minimum of 5 days immediately. Thursday came and the hospital was concerned his oxygen levels were not staying up enough and took him to the ICU. Ove the next few days, they continued to monitor him, however with anxiety of being in the hospital and not being with his family, his levels were still not staying in the 90s. On September 13th, the family was notified that he would be sedated and but on a ventilator to allow his body to rest and heal from this horrible disease. The doctors are in hopes that with him being young and healthy, that he will be fight this!

Kyle and his wife Andrea have been married for 10 years and have 4 children, ages 8, 6, 4, and 2. Last year, they picked up everything they knew and moved from California to Utah where they started all over with his business and friends. He is the sole provider for his wife and 4 young children and recently bought their first house in Santaquin. Kyle is a loving son, brother, husband, father, uncle, brother-in-law and son-in-law. He has a true passion for anything that has to do with the out doors from surfing the waves to hiking.

This has been a very scary road for the family to watch someone we know have this stupid disease. With him being the sole provider, we would love to be able to help him and his family out with what they need; paying for the mortgage on their new home, making sure their is food for the family, and if need be, the medical bills. We are still keeping our hopes high that he will be back at home with his wife and kids in the next few weeks.
