Milos heart monitor

Hi my names Jennifer and I'm fundraising to get my son a heart monitor as he stops breathing in his sleep but I've been told by doctors they can't do anything till they have proof, also informing me they can't provide a monitor till he has a diagnosis. Any little help will be greatly appreciated.
