Milton Keynes Half Marathon for The Chayse West Legacy

Chayse West was a good friend of mine who tragically passed away in September 2022. This tragic incident was devastating to all family and friends and broke so many hearts including my own.

However, since then Leah, John, Caiden and Coen have done a truly incredible job of setting up The Chayse West Legacy, raising tens of thousands supporting other bereaved families ensuring no one is alone in the difficult grieving process.

Chayse lit up every room he walked in with his unique sense of humour and his great big smile, and is missed so greatly by myself and all of his friends and family.

For me trying to do my bit, I will be running the Milton Keynes Half Marathon on the 5th May on 8 Weeks notice to try and raise as much as I can to do my small bit for a charity so close to my heart.
