In 2016, I began a heartfelt journey by caring for two children. This small act of love soon blossomed into a mission that saw me supporting seven, then sixteen, and by 2021, twenty-eight children. I have been providing for their medical and dental care, food, and school supplies, and ensuring they feel special with gifts for their birthdays and holidays. These children, coming from families lacking the necessary resources, found hope and joy through these efforts.
As the years went by, sustaining the care for these twenty-eight children out of my own pocket became increasingly challenging. However, the light I saw in their eyes and the positive impact on their lives fueled my determination. I realized I wanted to do more and extend my reach to improve the lives of even more children. Despite facing numerous challenges, I successfully established a non-profit organization dedicated to making a positive difference in the world. Today, we proudly offer various programs, including Educational Funding, Medical and Dental Care, Food Programs for Children and Single Parents, Children's Empowerment, Health and Nutrition, Birthday and Holiday Gifts, Kids Can Change the World, and the Young Achievers Program.
Last Christmas, in 2023, I set a goal to bring joy to over 100 underprivileged children by providing gifts and holiday dinners. I am thrilled to share that we exceeded this goal, reaching over 120 children for Christmas in 2023 with the extent of what I was able to achieve with all out-of-pocket funds myself. This year, in 2024, I have an even bigger dream. I aim to feed over 250 children, shower them with gifts, and dinners, and create an unforgettable Christmas celebration. This event will include singing, games, motivational speaking, and a live visit from Santa Claus, leaving a lasting memory in the hearts and minds of children everywhere.
This dream for 2024 I cannot do alone, so for the first time I am reaching out for help in changing young lives forever. I warmly invite you to be a part of this magical event.
