Miracle's 500

On July 31 Miracle was baptized in Jesus name at the tender age of 7. When her family got home she and her mom discussed what it means to be a Christian and how Jesus loved to help others. Miracle was challenged to think of a way she could help others. Her mom excepted something simple like I'll clean little brother's room or I want to give away a toy. What Miracle said was so much more profound. The next morning Miracle (age 7) said " mommy I know what I want to do to help others. I want to raise $10,000.00 for the police so they will have better gear and they want get shot and die." Mommy all I need is 500 people to give me $20 and I'll give it to the police. When asked Why the police? What put them on your heart. She said, I saw on the news where bad people were shooting cops and mommy they died. I don't want them to die. We need to protect them because they protect us. They make me feel safe. I want them to be safe to. So I'm asking you, will you help Miracle protect those who protect us? Will you be one of Miracle's 500?
