Miranda and Baby Stevie
Donation protected
This is my niece Miranda and her fiancé, Tyler. They live in Columbia, Missouri with Miranda’s two sons. They are expecting, and Miranda is currently in the hospital…the 15th hospitalization since she became pregnant. She has been diagnosed with “hyperemesis gravidarum”, which has put both her and the baby’s health at serious risk. It is a very severe case; it’s possible she may need a blood transfusion.
This little family is struggling. They are in danger of having the water shut off, the electricity next, and the rent is behind by 3 months.
Tyler and Miranda both work full-time. Both are hard workers, and Miranda’s plan was to work full time until labor. However, due to the illness she has been unable to work, and with four mouths to feed, and in this economy, a single paycheck just isn’t enough. Unfortunately, relocating isn’t an option right now, especially considering Miranda’s medical condition. I’ve been doing everything I can to help, but I wanted to see if there was more I could do.
It took a bit of convincing to get her to allow me to create this Go Fund Me on their behalf, but it hurts to see them struggle like this for reasons that are beyond their control.
If you can find it in your heart to help, please do so, even with a few dollars. It would mean the world to me, and to this little family that I love so much. My goal is to raise enough on their behalf to catch up their rent and utilities, and fill their refrigerator and pantry so she can focus on healing and the baby, rather than worrying about their family being without food, water or heat, or even being homeless.
Thank you in advance for a donation of any size!
Sincerely,
Elizabeth Hirst
