Miranda’s Fight With Leukemia….AGAIN

Hey Friends,

My name is Wendi and I am Miranda’s first cousin.

As most of you know, in 2013, Miranda was diagnosed and fought off Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL) which included multiple surgeries.

Miranda is since been in remission and gone on to finish nursing school, began modeling again and had been traveling a lot.. LIVING HER LIFE..

Before a few weeks ago, she began running very high fevers and was hospitalized. Well once again, the big bad (ALL) showed it’s ugly head.. AGAIN….she had to have a port placed AGAIN.. and has now began chemo AGAIN..  but I’m here to say that she is in great spirits because our GOD is BIG and BAD AND ALMIGHTY…

She asked me to get this up and going, because despite everything she is now going through once again, she is thinking about the future and wanting to have her eggs retrieved and frozen in case she is unable to bear children later on in life.

She had no insurance at first but has since gotten Medicaid. She was unable to return to St Jude’s due to age and emergent situation at the time.

As most of you know, those fertility procedures are NOT cheap. No treatments like that are Done with Medicaid and total procedure cost around $12,000.  so all of those  expenses through this is going to take a toll on her and her family!

As much as I hate to ask for anything.. I am asking for donations to help assist her with this wish for her future. Any amount would be greatly appreciated.
