Passing away of Our Father

Our Challenging 2023 continues into 2024. Our father has been diagnosed with late stage 4 prostate Cancer in July 2023, unfortunately he lives alone and no one was able to see earlier that he was not feeling well. In August one of the roughest times our family had to go thru during his 1st surgery to remove the prostate. Unfortunately it was too late the cancer had already spread to other organs including his bones.

We learned this last 3 days that there may be a way to extend his life for a few years with the Hormone Therapy process since Chemo did not work for him. To our surprise not having insurance and living in Eastern Europe is basically should we let the person die.. It is a very difficult choice to even think about not having money to save your families life. Just the Hormone therapy medication cost's well over $1500.00 a month and we are stuck between life and death. Anyone that can donate to keep our father alive I thank you to God and Beyond. I really don't know what to do.

*** On March 3rd 2024 we received the news we did not want too.. At 10:10am Chicago Time phone call came from Serbia that our father has passed away from this horrible battle with Stage 4 Cancer. We tried all of our best to find new medications new ways of treating this terrible illness and to keep him with us longer. Unfortunately now we have to plan for his funeral instead of celebrating his what would have been 70th Birthday on April 27th 2024. I Thank everyone for their support with donations especially my Brother Nenad's friends they are the support of this fundraiser.
