MISS MESA ARIZONA USA

My name is Katarina White--I am currently Miss Mesa Arizona USA. This May, I am competing to become Miss Arizona USA. I am also reaching out to individuals and local businesses to respectfully request sponsorships in my campaign to become Miss Arizona USA.

I decided to run for Miss Arizona USA because I am a proud Arizonian, born and raised. I love serving in my Community and I am especially passionate about supporting our military and veterans.

Sadly, since 9/11, more service members have died by suicide than combat. I want to help prevent service member suicides, as well as support the surviving service members’ families. To help bring awareness to my fellow Arizonians, I chose to support the organization TAPS - Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors (TAPS.org). The mission of TAPS is to provide compassionate care and comprehensive resources for all those grieving the death of a military or veteran loved one.
