I'm NOT here to ask for help to evacuate Gaza! This fund is mainly raised to get food, water, clothes, and other life essentials! It's to help us to survive!

Hello, I'm Nourhan Abu Mous and I'm 27 from Gaza, Palestine. I was born in the Gaza Strip and have lived there with my family up to now. I can say that I'm so lucky because I'm still alive at this moment after I have witnessed more than 6 harsh wars in Gaza since I was born in 1998.
Before the war, I was an English teacher & I was also a freelancer translator. I was about to get my Master's degree in Business Administration. My life was full of joy, passion, success, and inspiration.
After the 7th of October, I became unemployed and they destroyed both, the Islamic University where I was following up on my master's degree, and the University where I was working as an English teacher.
Since the 7th of October 2023, I have been going through many bad experiences with my family. One of them is the loss of my grandfather, many of my cousins, more than 5 of my close friends, teachers, my cousin with her little child, and many of my students, colleagues, neighbors, relatives, and acquaintances. I can't mention them all, there are so many.

" I hope to get a toy and biscuits"
Also, my relatives lost their homes and their farms were burned because of the war in Gaza; There are more than 80 people most of the family members are children; they were all compelled to evacuate to UNRWA schools but they didn't find a place there. Subsequently, they moved to governmental schools and they faced the same boundary, NO ENOUGH SPACE so most of them lived in plastic tents and other relatives came to my home although it's small and cannot accommodate more than 30 people. In addition, my older brother is homeless now with his wife and 4 kids after destroying his home, it was partly destroyed and it's neither safe nor fit for living.
What adds salt to our injury is the bad health of my mother, she is in pain all the time and can't find enough medicine, she has a chronic disease, Diabetes Mellitus; she needs insulin injections daily and they're not available in Gaza.
Since the 7th of October, they have no electricity and suffer from the lack of water, food, and other basics of life necessities.
This is the case for all Gazans, not only my family.
We lost everything EXCEPT our hopes!!!!
I'm raising this fund to help as much as I can, I have no other choices, I don't know what should I do to help them!
I'm here to raise funds to help my family, students, neighbors, and a lot of people who are NOT willing to evacuate Gaza even if they are suffering in tents.
This is another kind of resistance so please support us to survive in Gaza.
I've exhausted all avenues and now, I turn to you for support. Each dollar you donate can make a big difference and change our lives.
Emma is my friend from Spain and she is helping me to receive the money in her bank account. She is going to resend the donations for me by Western Union because I don't have an international bank account.
This fund will be spent to:
1. Help my father to pay back his debts because he has been in deep debt since the beginning of the war. Many people have evacuated to my home and he bought many blankets for them and bought food, drink, and wood to cook that's why he is in debt. Many relatives still evacuate to our home from time to time during this war and some leave when the situation becomes better around their homes, so the need for the money is urgent and renewable. My dad needs money also to afford food and water for us (a family of eight members). He also needs money to buy new windows and doors after this war is over InshaAllah because all of our windows and doors are destroyed.
2. Buy fresh vegetables and fruits for my diagnostic mother. She has diabetes Mellitus and she needs a particular kind of food and mineral water which isn't cheap.
3. Buy solar panels and batteries for lighting, running a refrigerator, and charging devices due to a complete electricity blackout in Gaza. Additionally, my mother requires medications like insulin that need refrigeration.
4. Help my brother Mohammed who is married and has a family of 6 kids to get the basics of life necessities and rebuild his partly destroyed home.
5. Buy water tanks instead of the ones destroyed due to the war.
6. I would like to allocate a portion of the amount to buy clothes for all members of my family. The cost of two clothing items for each child is around 55€, while the cost of clothing for each adult is approximately 100€. And I would like to allocate a portion of the amount to buy shoes for all members of my family. The cost of shoe pairs for each child is around 18 €, while the cost of shoes for each adult is approximately 30€.
7. I would like to allocate part of the donations to purchase firewood, which we use for cooking and baking, as cooking gas is expensive and not readily available.
8. Currently, I am in the process of preparing my master's thesis. However, I will not be able to proceed with the thesis defense until I settle the university fees, which amount to €1,956.18.
9. I have two siblings currently enrolled at university, and I intend to allocate part of the donations to cover their tuition fees for the current and upcoming semesters, which are estimated at around 1,700€
10. I would like to allocate part of the donations to purchase kitchen utensils and equipment, as we gave away a large portion of our kitchen items to our displaced relatives, and we are left with almost nothing.(650€)
11. I would also like to allocate part of the donations to purchase blankets for my family. (89€)
12. I would like to allocate part of the donations to help build a roof for my brother’s apartment and reinforce the walls of his home, which are currently unsafe and could collapse at any moment. I also want to purchase a wardrobe for the children, a bed for each of them, and some basic furniture for the house. I am ready to share videos and pictures of the house or have a video call to show you the situation here. 7000€
13. Save some amounts for future needs.
