Miss Oakley Mae’s Journey

Hello, as many of you know, I am Oakley’s Nana(Amber). Miss Oakley has been admitted since March 10th with an illness that has affected her breathing. Since Oakley is a liver transplant survivor she struggles to recover as quickly due to being immune suppressed. She is 1 year post transplant but continues to struggle with keeping her blood numbers up and infections down. We are currently on our 3rd hospital stay since she was released in May 2022 after her transplant. We have decided to start a Go Fund me page because Oakleys Mom, Dad, and Nana are making several trips from home to the hospital. Financially it gets hard with the cost of gas and food. We are unsure how much longer Miss Oakley will be staying in Cincinnati hospital. The doctors are working really hard to find a treatment plan to get her healthy so she can be home. Please share and above all else, please pray for our Miss Oakley. Her health is most important.
