Miss. Weinlein's First Year Teacher Fund!
Donation protected
The time is here! My first year as an elementary teacher.
I can hardly contain my excitement. I recently accepted a 4th grade teaching position in Virginia Beach City Public Schools after graduating from the College of Saint Rose in May with a degree in Childhood Education and Special Education.
I have spent the last few weeks preparing my classroom for the new school year. While it’s been exciting and fun, I quickly realized it’s also really expensive! I want to decorate my classroom and provide the students with the resources to reach their full potential. I want my students to feel welcomed and safe in my class.
I am asking for your help to continue the development of my first classroom, one that is engaging, inclusive, and a place that my students can call home.
Your donation, no matter the size, will help me purchase books for a diverse classroom library, everyday supplies (pencils, erasers, dry erase boards/markers, journals, hand sanitizer, tissues, etc.), manipulatives for hands-on-learning, materials for flexible seating options, and organizational items a 4th grade student needs to succeed.
If you are able to help, you could make a donation to this page or send me a direct donation by venmo @bryel_weinlein.
I also have an Amazon classroom wishlist if you’d rather donate specific supplies: https://www.amazon.com/hz/wishlist/ls/2IOP970AS4B8Q?ref_=wl_share
I also ask that you share this link with other friends and family to help me reach my goal. Thank you for taking the time to read this. I will be forever grateful to those who help me make my first year as a teacher a success for me and my students.
I am so thankful for those who have supported me over the years, and those who have so graciously contributed to my classroom.
I can't wait to keep sharing my classroom and teaching journey with you all!
Thank you,
Bryel Weinlein
