MISSING...HELP US FIND JAKE GIARDINA

An update from Robin regarding Jake:

Jake is home. He went to the emergency room again in Hollywood, California. Once cleared and discharged and thanks to your kindness, we were able to fly him home to Florida. He is not well--physically, mentally or emotionally. But he is safe. He is currently undergoing a Psychiatric Evaluation and treatment for his physical health.

I hope you will understand that at this time and in order to respect and protect his privacy, this is all I can share. Honestly, there's still so much to unravel and process. I will share more once we have a better understanding of things and, with the help of a medical team, a plan for his continued recovery.

If Jake is willing to accept additional help, the money you have donated is earmarked for the ongoing medical and mental health treatments he will need. The cost of these treatments will be enormous and any and all funds donated are helping to make that process a bit less daunting.

For those that donated, I can't express enough how grateful I am. If you haven't had a chance yet to donate but want to do something to help, I've asked Lisa to leave the go-fund-me up a bit longer. Unfortunately, there is a long road ahead

Jake has been missing since April 18th, 2023 when he voluntarily left a mental health center. He was last seen near i95 on Glades Road in Boca Raton, Florida. He had no car, cellphone, electronic devices, credit or bank cards when he went missing. This has made it extremely difficult to trace his footprint.

Jake is experiencing Mental Health issues and experiences manic episodes with some bouts of paranoia and agitation. HE IS NOT VIOLENT.

Robin and some family members have spoken in depth with Law Enforcement, Legal experts and experts in finding "Missing People." It has been recommended that they seek the help of a Private Investigator. They undoubtedly will have the resources and incentive to find him as the police don't have the bandwidth or desire to keep searching.

Jake is a white male, 23 years (almost 24) of age. He is 6'2", approximately 135 lbs., has brown hair and hazel eyes and wears earrings in both lobes. He also has a Star of David tattoo on his left thigh. Most importantly, he is someone you can't help but love when you meet him. He is a genuinely kind soul, a loving son and brother and a loyal friend. He is quick to trust others and we fear that may have led him to an unsafe space.

Music is his passion. He plays guitar and writes music and aspires to have a career performing. We believe he may have sold his guitar to get the cash he needed to go to NY, California, Nashville or Vegas, as they are areas that would likely attract a young musician.
