Mission Trip to Liberia 2024

Hi, My name is Alyssa Walters! This summer, in August, I have the amazing opportunity to go to Libera, West Africa for two weeks on a mission trip! During this trip we will be building a well, teacher training, and a VBS (Vacation Bible School) program for the communities around us.

By participating in this mission, I am hoping to make a substantial impact on the lives of others and serving communities in need. In exchange, I am looking forward to learning about cultural awareness, empathy and compassion for the struggles others are going through. I look forward to personal development, spiritual growth and the friendships I will make while on this trip.

However, as with any venture, there are associated costs, including travel expenses, accommodations, and the resources required to effectively carry out the mission. In light of this, I am reaching out to family, friends, and my community who may be willing to support me in this venture.

If you are able and willing to support me on this mission, any amount, no matter how big or small, will be greatly appreciated. You'll not only be enabling me to participate in this mission trip, but you'll also be contributing to the positive change we hope to bring to the lives of those we will be serving.
