Missionaries Kitchen Repair Fund

Hello,
The objective of this fundraiser is to provide aid to Father Kolbe Missionaries in West Covina who are in dire need of repairing their kitchen. These missionaries are living in a house that has many needs, but most important is the kitchen. It has sustained prolonged water damage, and some of the problem is due to rusty galvanized pipe and age. The bar tops are damaged, as well as the sink and other areas in the kitchen.
The missionaries live off of donations and are always limited with funds. My husband and I would like to help them and are hoping that others might find it in their hearts to contribute as well. We have taken this initiative and liberty to put this fund together so that we can repair their kitchen.
They have professed many vows, including a vow of poverty and are not capable of paying for any of the major repairs. They are at the mercy of people like you and me who would like to participate by donating.
A little bit about their vocation is to evangelize and teach others about Jesus through Mary our Mother and the Mother of our Lord. The kitchen serves not only for them, but is used by others when retreats are scheduled. You can learn more about what they do by clicking this link.
When I asked about the colors that they might like to see in the kitchen they said: “something simple and that works.” They always refer to this house, not as their own but as Mary’s house. Well if you ask me I want the mother of our Lord to have the prettiest house ever! What about you?
