Mistral & elements Princeton Staff

My name is Beth Rota, one of the longtime administrative and events managers of elements  & Mistral in Princeton.  Many guests had reached out to ask how they could help our staff that was affected by the abrupt need to close our dine in restaurants.  

Our goal with this fund is to directly financially help the 50 employees of elements and Mistral Princeton through this unprecedented time in history.  We hope you can help support you favorite local cooks, waiters, and bartenders through this difficult period.  100% of proceeds will go to the staff that has been impacted by the closure.
