Misty Misty's Mission...Feeding Dreams Cambodia
Tax deductible
Misty Misty's Mission Possible Fundraiser benefiting Feeding Dreams Cambodia
Instead of Christmas gifts this year...I am asking for your support in helping over 800 impoverished Cambodian children by making a donation to the amazing Feeding Dreams Cambodia! I will be joining a unique group of individuals for this Charity Challenge from around the world with the shared goal of raising funds that will have a long-lasting impact on the lives of these children and their families.
I feel blessed that I was asked to not only raise funds but join the mission this coming January to volunteer at Feeding Dreams, offering support wherever it is most needed, teaching in the classroom, helping with essential repairs to the school and homes, and even cooking for all the kids! That get's me excited, I love to cook!
Will you skip that Starbucks today? The glass of Prosecco? That steak? Eat a bowl of rice for a week and donate to help Feeding Dreams Cambodia? Your donation is 100% TAX deductible! (
Let’s do this...I know we can spread the love around the world. Helping just one child can and will change the world! Will you join me? Any amount will help as 1/3 of Cambodians live on less than $1 per day.
Sending hugs and love to everyone around the world.
Why:
Two reasons why this is near and dear to my heart.
One, since graduating with a degree in Nutrition it is my dream to work in a Third World country helping families that are poverty-stricken. It has taken many years and my dream is finally coming true which brings about my second why.
Second, volunteering in Cambodia of May this year, I was able to work with the young children of New Hope School. My heart was filled with so much joy seeing these children have so much hope despite there living conditions and the challenges they face every day. With no running water, shelter....little to no food; they arrive and leave school every day with a smile on their faces.
With the funds, YOU are donating YOU will be contributing to keeping the smiles on their young faces. You will also be helping family's stay united, help fight local poverty, provide an education to the local community, remove malnutrition from their LIVES, and help grow the young into tomorrow’s community leaders.
