Mitchell and family

Roughly one month ago, Mitchell was involved in an accident where he fell off a ladder, while working on a roof. For the last while, Mitchell’s family and the Kingston General Hospital have been doing their best taking care of him while he stays in an intensive care unit. Despite medical efforts, it has been shared that likely Mitchell won’t be able to walk again. Beyond the emotional and mental burden this has caused Mitchell’s family, it is also causing financial strain as well. Unpaid time off work, upfront medical expenses, and ensuring the house and car to be accessible are just a few of the concerns that his family are currently facing. For this reason, Mitchell and family are seeking some support from friends and the community to help, as they navigate this difficult and stressful time. Despite everything, Mitchell still tries to add humour to his days, as nothing can diminish his heart of gold and lively nature .
