Miyah's Fund for Amputee Conference

Miyah is an amazing 5 year old preschooler, that is full of energy! With her winning personality, sometimes it is hard to tell that she is also a left leg, above the knee amputee! Last year, Miyah was given an amazing opportunity to attend the National Amputee Conference. Unfortunately, she was not granted the scholarship this year that covered her cost of attendance in the past. Knowing that my little cousin has consistently expressed to her parents how much she looks forward to seeing people like her, has motivated me to raise the money so that she is able to be present this year . This trip will not only offer Miyah the opportunity to be around other amputees, but it also allows her mother to learn valuable information that is critical to caring for her condition. I'm seeking funding to help assist Miyah's dream of traveling from Fayetteville, NC to the 2017 National Amputee Conference in Louisville, KY come true. I've broken down the cost of the conference below, and the money has to be collected by July 17,2017.

Hotel: $400
Travel Expenses: $400
