In Memory of MJ Richardson

Hello. This is Chris and Emily Mckim. Some of our dearest family members lost their light just before it came into the world. Unfortunately, tragedy can strike at anytime, to anyone, anywhere. Becoming parents is one of the highlights of one’s life. Travis and Samantha Richardson were expecting their first child, a daughter (MJ), on October 4th, 2023. At a routine doctor's appointment the day before, MJ's heart rate looked good and everything was normal. Then on the following day, her due date, MJ passed away.

At a time like this, you wish you could help more, but there’s not much you can really do, but let them know you love and support them.

One thing that family and friends have thought to do is raise some money to help ease the financial burden of this loss. We hope to raise enough to cover their hospital bill.

They bought their first home last year. Travis's Mom passed away a year ago. The week after MJ died Samantha's grandpa passed away. The month after that her aunt passed away. So many huge things so close together!
