Hello My Dearest Human Friends,
My name is Sir Edward Bacon but you can call me Bacon for short. I was born on April 27, 2015, and am the loving son and newest member of #TeamLeira. Boy do I love my humans! I'm an Oakland native and you can catch me anywhere from Point Isabel Dog Park to my favorite local bars #Room389 and #MadOak. I'm a happy-go-lucky, friendly pup, who loves to give kisses and spread all-around joy to every K-9 and person I meet.
I'm sad to say I don't feel so good right now. Yesterday, my dad was grooming me and saw I have an ouchie on my...how do I say this...on my little manhood (so embarrassing to say out loud!). We went to the emergency vet last night, on Valentine's Day of all days, and I must admit, I was a little scared. The vet there was super nice but she told me that I have to have surgery ASAP. I'm confident that everything will be OK but #TeamLeira really needs your help to pay for this unexpected situation.
As you all may know, paying out-of-pocket for pet surgery is not cheap.
