Please help us, in this desperate time

Hello I gave birth to my baby girl and thru my pregnancy, I was extremely high risk however, I wasn't able to rest, I struggled every single day just to get diapers wipes and food, I lost my apartment as well. I have no transportation and I really have absolutely nobody to ask for help, my insurance for my child kicks in the first of the year, but I have a premium to pay, I applied for food assistance and Medicaid, but still hasn't been processed. I'm not exactly sure why, but I can't afford anything at the moment, I'm trying to maintain feeding my kids and keeping a roof above our heads, I keep finding ourselves sleeping outside. I have to get to and from the hospital every day and I'm literally ready to give up. My baby has under active kidneys and her heartbeat is irregular, if their are people out there who understand what hard times are, I'm definitely the person having a really hard time, I really need a place to sleep it's been days, I hope all of you have a happy holiday, god bless you all. I would love to give my kids a Christmas but right now, food, shelter and necessities are desperately needed, thank you all God bless
