Roger Taylor

Hi, my name is Heidi Taylor, my ex-husband Roger Taylor unexpectedly passed away yesterday. I unfortunately am the one that found him which has taken a toll on me. He was not remarried and I’m just trying to make sure things are done right by him. As you can imagine this has created a financial hardship in a lot of ways. One of which is trying to come up with money for a burial. Roger was in the US Navy for several years and has been actively cared for through the VA. He does have VA benefits. I am not sure at this point what those benefits are, and when those benefits will come into play. It has been very hard to reach anyone that can help me through the VA and so it will take time. The mortuary is being very kind and helpful trying to figure this out. I know with the holidays and everyone’s struggling as it is this may be a big ask, but if anyone can contribute even a dollar it would help tremendously as expenses with the mortuary, even with any benefits through the VA, are piling up. One of Rogers daughters also had an accident the day after his death and has a badly broken ankle. This has created other financial hardships for her. Any little bit would help. Even if it’s prayers. Thank you to all those that knew and loved Roger. He had many friends that loved and cared about him.
