MKUltra Survivor Fights For His Life

This fundraiser is for Marc Victor, a child victim of the MKUltra program, who is currently fighting a terminal brain tumor.

MKUltra was a CIA experiment which ran from the 1950s to the early '60s, with the aim of weaponing mind control.

As a small child, Marc was given LSD and subjected to electro-shock torture by the scientists running the secret mind-control program. These German scientists were brought over to the US via Project Paperclip - where they proceeded to torture children in unimaginable mind control experiments. Marc is one of these survivors.

Marc has devoted his life to exposing the horrors inflicted on him and other children during this unethical and clandestine program conducted on American soil.

He has multiple advanced cancers, and will be going in for dangerous brain surgery in a week's time.

As Marc fights for his life, his wife and family have no means to support themselves or pay medical bills.
