This fundraiser is for Marc Victor, a survivor of the MK Ultra program who is battling a terminal brain tumor. MK Ultra, a CIA experiment from the 1950s to the late 60s, subjected Marc to unimaginable trauma as a child through LSD and electro-shock torture, part of a covert effort in mind control.

Despite enduring lifelong health challenges, Marc now faces his greatest battle yet. He requires urgent brain surgery followed by radiation therapy, with mounting medical expenses that strain his family's resources.

Marc has dedicated his life to shedding light on the atrocities of MK Ultra and advocating for survivors. His recent marriage has brought him newfound joy late in life, a gift he cherishes deeply amidst this adversity.

As he fights for his life, Marc is passionate about completing his sculpting project, "The Peace Dove," a symbol of healing and a message of peace amidst global turmoil. He is at peace about the things that happened to him and is determined to bring a message of peace through his art. This project has been interrupted by his illness but remains a beacon of hope and resilience. His workshop is his sanctuary where he continues to heal and create.
