MLE Student School Fund- Alejandro Ballon

Dear AWS Staff,

I hope this email finds you well. I am reaching out to you today to kindly request for your support for one of our esteemed Miami Learning Experience students, Alejandro (Chino) Ballon.

Alejandro has been an integral part of the Miami Learning Experience Worker Outreach Program at AWS for the past five years. Since joining us in 2019, Alejandro has exhibited exceptional dedication and commitment to his work. Despite initially being shy, Alejandro's determination and work ethic have shown through consistently, earning him the respect and admiration of his peers.

Over the years, Alejandro has become much more than just a student; he is a cherished member of our AWS family. Many of you will recognize him for his infectious smile, his laughter that lights up the room, and his unforgettable dance moves at our end-of-year celebrations.

Unfortunately, Alejandro and his family are currently facing a difficult situation. Recently, Alejandro's father passed away, leaving his family burdened with unexpected financial challenges, particularly concerning Alejandro's education expenses. As prom and grad night approach, the family is struggling to cover the associated costs, adding to the weight of their already challenging circumstances. In light of this, we are reaching out to AWS staff for support. We believe that every member of our team deserves the opportunity to create cherished memories during these milestone events in their lives. Therefore, we are launching a donation drive to assist Alejandro in attending prom and grad night, any excess collected may be used for other educational needs.

For every dollar donated, AWS will generously match 100% of the contribution up to $500.00. Your support will help cover expenses such as Alejandro's prom ticket, attire, shoes, and corsage for his date. Additionally As mentioned, any surplus funds raised will be allocated towards covering Alejandro's tuition at The Miami Learning Experience and supporting his participation in extracurricular activities.

Your contribution will make a meaningful difference in Alejandro's life during this challenging time. Your generosity will not only enable Alejandro to create lasting memories but also provide much-needed support to him and his family.
