The Moses Lake Sister City program's mission is to develop and sustain a working relationship with our Sister City Yonezawa, Japan, by facilitating interactions through student and ambassador exchanges, educating the public and events within the community.

For 34 years, we have exchanged over 200 US and Japanese students between our two communities. Our exchange is primarily funded through the help and support of our local communities and their families. By donating to our program, you are not only supporting the students, but also helping to continue a many decades long tradition of establishing life long friendships and education through traveling abroad.
