My son, daughter-in-love, and 3 grandchildren ages 1-13 suffered a horrific loss yesterday. My son and daughter-in-law were so happy to finally be able to buy their first home, a safe and beautiful home for their family in August 2020, then this fire happened, due to unknown causes. My son was upstairs putting the baby down trying to relax him to take a nap. He went downstairs and saw smoke. He looked and didn’t see anything and went outside when he saw fire coming outside of the house. He ran back into the house to get the fire extinguisher but the fire grew. He told my 13 year old granddaughter to grab the babies and take them outside. They were outside in no shoes or coats. He then called the fire department. When they did arrive the fire was going at a good rate. They’ve lost Everything!! and have been told their home will be unlivable  for close to a year. In the meantime they have to start all over again for 5 people. Everything has to be bought! The adjuster told them yesterday that it would be weeks before they would see any type of monetary relief!! They still have to pay their way to live, clothes for 5, food for 5, diapers for two, mortgages, and rent,  Anything you can give is appreciated.
